Concentric Consulting Inc. was founded in 2002 by Andrea Carey. The original purpose of the company was to provide training and events for runners. Concentric Consulting has grown to event management for races, specialty events, media launches, fitness clinic delivery, run and triathlon coaching, and health promotions.

Race Director | July 2004 - PresentTogether we can make a difference! We exceeded our fundraising goal of $20,000 for the Victoria Women’s Sexual Assault Centre last year - so we are raising the bar to $25,000 as our goal for 2008!
Working in partnership with 15 municipal recreation facilities, Concentric Consulting offered walking and running training clinics leading up to a 10K event at the end of April. These 14 week training clinics saw 634 participants stride towards their goals. The success of these clinics is dependent on the 150+ volunteer clinic leaders and clinic coordinators. Check back next fall for clinics starting in January!
The Active Communities Initiative is a cross-sectoral initiative focused on supporting communities to increase physical activity levels of British Columbians by 20% by the year 2010.
Greater Victoria launched their regional intiative - Highway to Health in April 2007 at Mile Zero. Concentric Consulting coordinated the logistics leading up to this event, media kits, bus banner unveiling, 1 mile walk, and distinguished speakers.
