Concentric Consulting Inc. was founded in 2002 by Andrea Carey. The original purpose of the company was to provide training and events for runners. Concentric Consulting has grown to event management for races, specialty events, media launches, fitness clinic delivery, run and triathlon coaching, and health promotions.

Race Director – March 2008The run is a great way for novice and experienced runners to enjoy a local course and will give runners, who are training for the Times Colonist 10k, a fun practice race.
The Esquimalt 5k Fun Run started at 8:30 a.m. on March 9, 2008 at the Esquimalt Recreation Centre (527 Fraser Street).
It was a fun event with over 400 participants, and lots of great feedback. Watch for it’s second year in 2009!
